Message Title : A letter to the world on Salvation
Bible Reference 2 Peter 3:10 KJV
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
This is a letter to three different categories of people in the world as regards Salvation. These are :
- Those Ignoring/neglecting Salvation
- Those postponing Salvation
- Those with ingenuine Salvation
Without stressing much, John 3:16 made us understand that God loved the world and sacrificed His only {now first begotten} son so that whosoever believes in Him can have eternal life {Salvation}.
God has made the greatest sacrifice for all men to be saved. And even Jesus yielded Himself to be sacrficed. There’s no greater sacrifice than this. And the only thing we were told to do so we can be beneficiaries of this sacrifice is just to BELIEVE in Him {Christ}. Hebrews 5:9
Nevertheless, several people with their various kinds of excuses still tend to neglect and postpone the their salvation while multitudes have Ingenuine or false belief in Him. This has been a major concern to God Himself {Eze 33:11} and several genuine believers who has been mandated to share the burden of God.
However, The Lord who had once come to be crucified for us to have eternal life has also said in His words that He will surely come back to take an account of everything.
Now, based on my study in search of when exactly He will come back, I’ve come to realize that His coming isn’t formal. In other words, there’s no official date for His coming. Kai
1 Thessalonians 5:2
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
The Day of the Lord is the Day of Death for every individual.
Many people often misunderstand the day Christ will come to only be when rapture will occur. Whereas, Christ has come the day a person dies. There’s nothing like repentance after death. There’s nothing like salvation after death. The only thing that is permitted to occur after the death of man is Judgement.
Hebrews 9:27 KJV
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Once a man dies, the next thing is judgement based on how he managed his life while he was alive.
With a burden of not wanting the death of sinners, we’ll be sending out letters to these following categories of people as stated earlier.

Letter to those Ignoring/neglecting Salvation
Hebrews 2:3
How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him
Although we believe some people might still be ignorant of this gospel of salvation but majority have heard it on several occasions but they tend to ignore or neglect it. Now there’s no how you can escape the destruction Matt 13:42 honorably prepared for those who continually neglect salvation till the day of the Lord. {Remember, the day of the Lord is also the day an individual person dies}. Here is the message again, do not try to neglect this too. I pray it doesn’t count against you on the day of Judgement.

Letter to those postponing Salvation
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
There is a teenager I’ve been preaching the gospel to for about 6 months now and his only responses and conclusion so far has been “I’m not just ready yet”. Kai, when will you be ready? When you can’t even tell what can happen just few minutes from now. I pray it won’t be too late by the time he will be ready.
Yeah several people have been doing wrong and still later find their way back to God. Whereas some had it in mind to do same but died before they could. It’s not always the same for everybody. Now is the time for Salvation. No one knows when Christ will come.
Matthew 24:42
Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Letter to Those with Ingenuine/Fading Salvation
These set of people have once believed in Christ but they’ve somehow forgotten what they have heard and received. Lust and wordly pleasure amongst many other things has made their salvation Ingenuine.
God knows there will be people in this categories which was why He sent His word to them through Apostle John.
Revelation 3:3
Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
However, there are several People who thinks they are saved because they were born and brought up in a Christian family. These set are also under those with Ingenuine Salvation. Please, the earlier you come to the realization of your false salvation the better for you.
I won’t like to end without sending this letter to those set of people who thinks they have no place with Christ again because of their past or probably what they’ve delve their hands into.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
When you fall back to God, you have no record of past again. Christ’s blood has made you pure and whole again. You’re free and now a new born.
A call to Salvation
Peradventure you’ve gone through these letters and you feel you need to set things right with God. God loves you and He is so glad about your decisions. All you need do is find a place to confess these prayers loudly:
Lord Jesus, thanks for dying for me. I’m sorry for everything I’ve done rebelliously. I Believe in you and I confess you indeed as my personal Lord and Savior. Come into my life and take preeminent control. Give me your Holy Spirit. And write my name in the book of Life. Thank you Lord. AMEN.
