1 Cor 5:7, John 1:55, Rev 5:5-6, Exodus 12:12-14
We no longer need the blood of goats or lambs, the blood of Jesus is now the requirement for our freedom and purification.
Three {3} Dimesions of Passover.
1. Freedom from Egypt :
Deuteronomy 16:1-3 KJV
Observe the month of Abib, and keep the passover unto the Lord thy God: for in the month of Abib the Lord thy God brought thee forth out of Egypt by night.[2] Thou shalt therefore sacrifice the passover unto the Lord thy God, of the flock and the herd, in the place which the Lord shall choose to place his name there.
[3] Thou shalt eat no leavened bread with it; seven days shalt thou eat unleavened bread therewith, even the bread of affliction; for thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt in haste: that thou mayest remember the day when thou camest forth out of the land of Egypt all the days of thy life.
Egypt is the house of Bondage.
It takes the blood of Jesus for everyman to come out of bondage to freedom.
Unfortunately there are many in the Church but are still in spiritual bondages.
Egypt talks of a place Of enchantment, idols etc. Isaiah 19:1-4
Enchantment cannot work against the blood of Jesus.
Egypt stands for the power that destroy homes. Gen 12:12-14. Abram had to deny his wife when they got close to Egypt.
Egypt stands for the power that allows you to reign but your children to suffer. Joseph reigned but his descendants suffered.
2. Passover from Judgement
Only the blood of Jesus can grant us freedom from judgement.
Only if the blood of Jesus can speak for you, even on the last day, you can be free from Judgment.
Romans 5:9.
Hebrews 9:27.
Hebrews 12:24. You can’t obtain mercy without the blood of Jesus.
If you live anyhow, the blood can depart.
3. Passover from Death to life.
1 John 3:13-14 KJV
Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you. [14] We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.
It takes blood to Love.
Prayer
- By the blood of Jesus, I pass over from death to life
- By the blood of Jesus, we declare there shall be no more bloodshed in this country.
